O08494 is the one, who deals with scripts in NPC project and also edits videos for it, he's chilly. His wish is create an unique game, that will be a revolution in roblox games, as you can see, he and his friends attempted to create an NPC with it's own mind!
He's the one who formed the NPC Project team, so he was the first member to be in it. So, yeah, let's hope that him (me) will accomplish his the main point in this project! That's all, what can I say about me!
